The Adventures of Tintin: The Game - Campaign Playthrough - Part 4

Game: The Adventures of Tintin: The Game Released: December 06, 2011 (North America) Developer: Ubisoft Montpellier Publisher: Ubisoft Offline Players: 1-2 System Link: NA Online Players: NA Game Rating: E for Everyone Played on Xbox 360 Typically film based games tend to be bad and apparent attempts to cash grab on a popular IP. In this case I can say this game the game exceeded my expectations and actually turned out to be a semi decent game. The game is comprised of both 3D and 2D gameplay that sees the player controlling Tintin and his trusty sidekick Snowy. The controls are simple and the gameplay mechanics are solid. No complaints with the story either as it is the same as the film. Graphics overall are clean and smooth. I saw no stuttering or glitching during any of the gameplay or cut scenes. Overall this game is a solid playthrough for any fans of the series. Fans my find it enjoyable though very easy. The game is definitely geared towards a younger audience but that doesn't mean older gamers wouldn't have fun playing through this game. If your a fan of this IP and your looking for a new dirt cheap game to give you a couple hours of entertainment then this might be worth a try.
