MZ ES 250/2: Überholung #7 - Wiedervereinigung misslungen!

If everything would work the first time, nobody would have to gain more experience! After a longer preparation, this time I reassembled the engine of my MZ ES 250/2. Everything went well, except for the crucial moment of mounting the bearing... With a hot casing and cold bearing I had imagined it to be smoother. Therefore, so far I cannot be sure that this assembly was successful! The further course of my documentary will shed light on this ... Addendum 2020: In the meantime, it seems certain to me that this work step went wrong, in the truest sense of the word. After video #13 I had to disassemble the engine again. I noticed that the crankshaft was running out of round by almost 0.1 mm. Attention! I perform this works zas an hobby and not professionally. Doing all this is on personal risk.
