Does the NEW Maybelline Lifter Plump & Glow Foundation Live Up to the claims? I’m testing the new Maybelline Lifter Plump & Glow Foundation! Many of you have asked me to try it, and I’m more than happy to do so. I’ve been intrigued by this foundation ever since it launched and was excited to finally put it to the test. I also picked up the new NYX Wonder Snatch Powder, the NYX Buttermelt Highlighter Sticks, and received the new eyeliners from Ravie Beauty.
