In 2025, a new Arma Boost-equipped lure was born. Shimano's development team and Manabu Okuda aimed to update the lure called "glide bait", which is particularly difficult to achieve a long flight distance among big baits. With the conventional Arma Boost structure, it was possible to improve the flight distance, but it was not possible to achieve the desired action. Therefore, we began developing a new Arma Boost structure. After producing more than 100 samples and trial and error, we achieved both flight distance and action, and created the lure we truly wanted.
