Gorgeous triple white dreamboat. Exceptionally clean original condition. It has an oil change sticker from 1985 and it had 9,500 miles. It also has an oil change sticker from 1998 with just over 11,000 miles. The original 1974 Pennsylvania inspection sticker is still on the windshield. We also have a deluxe Marti Report. EXTERIOR: Original paint! The body is pristine. I did not find any signs of damage or rust. Typically a survivor would still have some scrapes or dents after 48 years, not this one. The paint is amazing. It looks practically new new, not cracked, faded or scratched. Glossy finish all around. The factory pinstripe is painted on and not rubbed thin. The plastic fillers between the body and bumpers are excellent. The original glass is crystal clear. The chrome and trim is very shiny and straight. The vinyl top is bright white, no splits. Beautiful polished aluminum wheels with dual stripe tires. Clean original jambs, weatherstrips are still soft. INTERIOR: Stunning white leather interior. All original and practically still new. Door panels are mint. The pull straps on the door panels are almost always cracked, not on this one. Dash area looks new including the lenses, plastic trim, dash pad etc. It has optional tilt wheel, 8-track stereo, rear defroster. Not smoked in, the ashtrays and lighters are clean. The white leather seats are still excellent. Remember this is 46 years old and it's white! I can't believe how nice it looks. Plush carpet, excellent headliner. ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Big 460 mill under the hood with a 4 barrel carb. Very well preserved original motor compartment. All of the vacuum lines and hoses are hooked up properly. It still has assembly line stamps, stickers and markings. The air cleaner assembly is complete with hoses and heat riser tube. Features include power steering, power brakes, cruise control and air conditioning. The a/c has been updated to R134 freon. TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Carpeted wall to wall with matching tire cover. Full size original Michelin spare. I don't think the jack or spare have ever been removed from the car. The white paint under the trunk lid and the jamb are all original and glossy. It even has the factory ink stamps. The trunk light works. The original weatherstrip is excellent. There's mild discoloring on the carpet. UNDERSIDE: Very original, well preserved underside. It still has assembly line markings and tags in place. It even has the original muffler with the Ford logo. New resonator and tail pipe. Original heavy duty C6 automatic has original tag. The trans pan is clean, I assume it has been off and serviced. The original rear end still has the original tag on it. It has a 2.73 cruising gear. There are disc brakes in front, e-brake assembly is hooked up. They also serviced the fuel system. It looks like the tank and fuel pump were replaced. It has sway bars front and back. These big land yachts are very desirable. They will never build them like this again. The feeling you get when you sit in the big leather seat and you long down a hood that seems to go on forever. Wait til you get going down the road, the ride is amazing! This is one of the best survivors I've seen. I, Jay Grams, take pride in personally writing the descriptions for virtually every car for about the last 30 years now. A significant amount of effort goes into fact checking. What I am offering is my professional impression of the vehicle. Our salesmen are happy to assist with descriptions and making sure your questions are answered. One great suggestion is letting us do a walk around video that explains the car's condition in detail. **These cars are displayed in a museum. If interested in a particular car make an appointment with a salesman to see that car. Without an appointment there is an admission fee to enter the showroom. If you buy a car, your admission will be refunded and you will be given a 1 year membership. Visit our website to see over 300 vehicles for sale! http://www.volocars.com Also check out our...
