Gogo Basics: Connecting Angles and Circles - A Simple Exercise For You to Try!

This simple exercise can be done in so many different ways and helps you get a feel for flowing between shapes when you’re a beginner! Your poses serve as a sort of landing point between movements, and the circular motions help you to flow between them. You can increase or decrease complexity depending on your level.
