In this video, I show you how to repair the pump which controls the lumbar support, and side bolster adjustments in a Mercedes. The car in the video is a Mercedes CLK (W209 2002-2009), but the process is the same for all Mercedes vehicles that use a similar air pump system to adjust the seats. This includes the older CLK (W208), E-Class (W211, W212, W207), C-Class (W203, W204), S-Class (W221), CL-Class (C216), SL-Class (R230), and CLS-class (W219). The seats are formally known as multi-contour seats, but many people just refer to the adjustments by their characteristics - lumbar support, and side bolster adjustments.
