The Superman & Spider-Man Crossover Was ALMOST Perfect…

Welcome or welcome back to the stash! Superman and Spider-Man are finally back together in a brand new crossover… and at its best, this comic delivers exactly what you’d hope for. Mark Waid’s story captures everything that makes Superman and Spider-Man such timeless heroes- from the optimism, to the responsibility, and even to those iconic moments of them saving the day side by side. But not every story in this issue works. Tom King’s contribution takes a very different approach… and for me, it completely misses the point of what a Superman and Spider-Man crossover should be. And then there’s Jeff Lemire’s story which is a much smaller, quieter story but nonetheless a still great reminder of why these characters matter. In this video, I break down all three stories, what worked, what didn’t, and why this crossover is still worth reading despite its flaws. _________________________________________________________________________________ Twitter/X - https://x.com/mn_stash Instagram -   / mn_stash   Membership -    / @mnstash   _________________________________________________________________________________ Copyright Disclaimer: All comic book images, music, and footage used in this video are the property of their respective owners.
