Volvo XC90 Off Road Build Part 1

I bought this car with gearbox failure which ended up being just a gear shifter fault. I thought it would be a nice car to drive on the beach so I decided to make it a little bit more off road capable. I made some drawings and had samples manufactured which you can see in this video. I am not aiming for the max lift but rather just something that can go on the beach and also comfortably on road. It has 265/65/17 tyres and it has no rub issues. The front shock is extended 60mm but still has original travel length and it uses your stock spring. The rear shock is extended 60mm and it has extended travel compared to the original. The rear spring is longer and thicker and it gives you also about 60mm lift. Once I have tested all this I will make this kit available to buy.
