Hi! I am Barbie! I quit my job and left my whole life behind in America to move to an island in the Philippines. Which I never even heard of until 2 months before moving. Siargao Island has become my new home for the past year and a half. I love Siargao's beauty, but the real reason I stay here is because it is where I feel at home. I feel like I was Filipina in my past life... haha char! Pero talaga, I love the people here more than anything, and forever appreciate filipino culture.
