Ferrari F355 Challenge Clone: First Start, ITB Sync & Final Road Test

Check out more videos here:    • The World of Ferrari   Now that the last of the needed parts have arrived, it's time to get back to work on our 1995 F355. I work to finish up the installation of the exhaust once the replacement flanges for the test pipes arrive. I then find yet another problem, a leaking coolant expansion tank. Once the exhaust is finalized and the expansion tank is installed, it's time for the first start. With the engine up and running, I move into the ITB synchronization. This is a key detail that has a heavy impact on how well a F355 runs. Once I complete the synchronization, I turn my attention to performing a few gear box flushes. After getting some miles in on the car, I address a few final items, such as a loose LH mirror housing, the exhaust bypass solenoid, and a faulty EGT sensor. With all the repairs complete, we take the car out for its final road test, the grand payoff to months of work. Once back in the shop, I work through the last few checks on the car, before it is swiftly picked up and sent back on its way to Houston.
