i trained harder for the race i didn't enjoy

Week 9 of 18. This week I drove an hour south to run 30km through Royal National Park. No race. Nobody timing me. Just a trail and whatever I'd find out there. Last year I ran the Sydney Marathon. Peak week was 75km. I tracked everything. I finished it. And felt almost nothing. This is what that taught me.
