Radio anatomie utile de l'oreille moyenne. Partie 1 Notions & principes de base

Since middle ear radioanatomy is one of the most complex subjects, I found it impossible to summarize it in 30 minutes. I therefore deemed it wise and practical to divide the course into three successive and complementary parts to better explain the concepts that deserve to be explained. This first part is devoted to the basic concepts before any radiological analysis of the petrous bones: reading planes, compartmentalization, the concept of container/content, and, above all, the three-dimensional configuration of the eardrum in this space carved into the petrous bone. I remember that when I first learned this subject, I had difficulty imagining the orientation of the different structures. So, I tried as best I could to simplify things so that it would no longer present any difficulties for beginners. If you have any suggestions, mistakes to correct, or ideas to share, your criticism is welcome.
