Place basil leaves, cinnamon, lemon salt, and cloves in a jar. Pour boiling water over the herbs and seal the jar. Let cool, then refrigerate for 24 hours. Strain, add sugar and lemon juice, and chill again. Serve cold with ice, lemon slices, and basil leaves.
