Emergency @ Halfpenny Green, Wolverhampton, UK

All following caught on audio from DA-40 I'm flying. Airplane behind me on final approach losses engine and makes a forced landing in field just short of runway. He ends up trapped upside down, however no fire and he walked away when emergencie services got him out!!!
