Nature Wonderland; the Japanese reeds spot was fairly muddy, I opted for Commelina communis 20260708
20:40 This hardy native plant is a perfect ground cover in summer. While there was not that much water on the ground, the mud was too much to dig in. I had to give up on collecting Japanese reeds from there. However, I was able to pick up a carpet of tsuyukusa (ツユクサ, 露草, 鴨跖草, Commelina communis) from a small ditch running along the path on the way back.
