Try these 3 essential troubleshooting steps from our quality department to get back to work in minutes huge thanks to María for putting these tips together! 🙌 1️⃣ The emergency stop: Make sure the red mushroom switch on the external panel is fully pulled out. 2️⃣ The circuit breakers: Open the electrical box and verify that all switches are flipped up (ON). Pay close attention to the one in the bottom right corner, as it is easy to miss! 3️⃣ The power cable: 90% of current issues come from here. Over time and with heavy use, the phases can wear out. Check it with a multimeter set to AC voltage (it should read 400V between phases).
