Gunung Batur Bali - Akses Mudah | Pemandangan Memukau

Witnessing the Most Beautiful Sunrise on Mount Batur, Bali When I hear Mount Batur, what comes to mind is a beautiful sunrise and easy trekking. Mount Batur itself is a volcano located in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali. Its peak rises 1,717 meters above sea level, making it quite easy to climb, even for those with no climbing experience. There are several trekking routes to choose from, but this time we decided to ascend via Pasar Agung Temple. The starting point for this route is at 1,300 meters above sea level, meaning we only need to climb 300-400 meters. The sunrise view of Mount Batur is truly beautiful and stunning. From the summit, we can see the rising sun reflecting a red hue that contrasts sharply with the surrounding natural scenery. Not only Lake Batur, but on clear days, we can also see a sea of clouds, making the view from the mountain even more perfect. So it's no surprise that, even though it's not a weekend, the place is quite crowded. And as you can see, the majority of them are international tourists. It wouldn't be Bali without foreigners, haha… This mountain, located in the Kintamani district, has erupted several times. According to Wikipedia, it began in 1804 and last occurred in 2000. Since then, it has erupted at least 26 times[4][6], the most devastating of which occurred from August 2 to September 21, 1926. It would be great to camp here, but it's not allowed. Visitors are not permitted to camp at the summit, perhaps because the weather is quite extreme, especially the very strong winds. But honestly, I'm very satisfied. If you're in Bali, Batur could definitely be one of your destinations, especially for those of you who enjoy hiking. If I ever come to Bali again, I think I'll have to come back here again.
