Name of the Program: Certificate in Health and Social Care Assistance Duration: Academic training for 3 months, Job Placement for 3 months, Pre-departure arrangements for 2 months. Overall 7 months till the visa application. Entry Qualifications: Simple passes at GCE A/L or any equivalent (any stream) Age between 23 – 45 Good communication skills in the English language The candidates who qualify for the above conditions will undergo a screening test. Only the successful candidates from this screening will be able to register for the program. Process : The program will have two stages (Training and Job placement with pre-departure arrangements) The candidates will first undergo academic training. The training will be conducted physically at IIHS on both Saturday and Sunday which the candidate will have to attend on both days. Upon completion of the academic training, the candidate will undergo several interview training. Once the candidate scores higher marks in interview training the candidate will be placed for a job interview with the employer. The pre-departure process will also commence at this stage. The candidate must complete the following three components of the program to be eligible for the successful job placement and visa application. Complete the academic training program. Pass the job interview with the international employer. Achieve the required score from the English competency exam (IELTS 5.5 for each band or PTE 43 for each band).
