The Kielce pogrom has been explained away in every possible way, attributing it to the Polish underground, communists, and even acolytes of the fallen German Third Reich. So where should we look for the answer? In German propaganda? In 15th-century Trent? In the images illustrating murder, which were abundant in churches?
