Sydney Trains A-Set (Waratah) - North Sydney to Waverton (T1 North Shore Line)

One of the latest generation of electric multiple units to be introduced on the Sydney Trains (formerly Cityrail) network and can be found throughout the urban railway lines. The trains were delivered under a joint partnership between Downer Rail and Hitachi, the latter supplying the propulsion system. The A-Sets were partly built in China, and then shipped to Cardiff in Australia.
