Heyy..this video will give you guys a tour of my EBC journey and what to expect in winters, especially in December, for those who aspire to go. I've tried to document as much as possible in the cold and what I believed was relevant. First things first, you need to be physically and mentally prepared for this trek. Its difficult, especially if you are going solo. It would take you maximum 12 days, Kathmandu to Kathmandu (with acclimatization days). Secondly, you would need minimum INR 20,000 (NPR 32000 approx) for your meals, hot water, charging of electronic devices, hot showers etc. So carry sufficient money (nepali currency) with you when you start from Kathmandu. This amount is excluding the total trip cost. Third and most importantly, tip the porters heavily. It's their only source of income and honestly their pay is peanuts in comparison to the labour and efforts they put in. So please, please, tip them after your trek.
