After testing, it turned out there was no cold air from the blower. Then, we checked the AC compressor, and it turned out the magnetic clutch wouldn't turn, but after tapping the master piece, it would. The solution was to reduce the copper ring on the compressor shaft, thus narrowing the distance between the master piece and the compressor pulley.
