Worn out truck, Dragstrip= wishing you had HP

Took the old 77 I picked up awhile back to Dragstrip for change in pace.. boy was it a difference in pace 😂 A person could def bracket race this truck, or similar and the fun would be the large gains in performance from simple upgrades. I’m not sure I will have time to do that but this was a good shake down on the steering, brakes engine/trans.. she could be a daily with very minor repairs at this point.
