Phone amplifier that’s unlike any other. This project is a passive phone amplifier made from solid walnut—no wires, no power, just sound shaped by wood. I wanted something different from the usual phone amplifiers that are nothing more than a block of wood with a slot. This design has a carved face, a tuned sound chamber, and carefully placed channels to project sound forward and clean up echo.
