Hiking the Ancient Fen Rivers Way from Ely to Cambridge
The Fens are an ancient land in East Anglia drained and tamed over the centuries so that the ‘Isle of Ely’ is no longer an island. This is a long river walk following part of the Fen Rivers Way from the ancient cathedral city of Ely south to the university city of Cambridge. I took the train to Ely and walked home. It was below freezing for much of the walk and I met no one on the way. It was an 18mile trail on banks, paths and towpaths Note: There is no adjustment to or photo-shopping of any image or video. All videos are shot and all pictures captured on my iPhone12 before compiling using iMovie #newvideo #fenriversway #ely #cambridge #walking #cliffs Instagram - / walking__north
