Many of us are feeling frustrated. Not because we don’t believe in our path. Not because we’ve stopped growing. But because. We look at our lives and think: “I thought I’d be further by now in my life and with my goals.” And that gap between where you are and where you expected to be created frustration. And here is what I’ve come to understand: The frustration is often not about where you are, but it is the picture you created in your mind about where you should be.
