This was the April 21, 2026 Bisbee City Council Meeting. Don't go to the pub... sub. Doug Stanhope and other comics roast Bisbee City Council and Cops during Call to the Public. 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I do not encourage youth to do drugs. At the same time, I am not for the war on drugs. Everyone has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Freedom of Speech is a messy process, but it is our foundational value because nobody can tell us not to resist tyranny. We simply don't need this much government. The taxes in Bisbee are outrageous, and the cops are tyrannical. The cop named Carlos Moreno who attacked me 6 years ago is still on the "force" today. He has been for the last six years. The mayor Ken Budge even gave him an award and he was promoted.
