많은 분들이 요리 레시피에 관심을 가져주셔서, 고기가 필요 없는, 제 스타일의 볼로네제 파스트와 두부 샌드위치를 만들어 볼께요 💙 새해의 결심은 매주 새로운 것을 요리하는 것이었고, 고기가 필요 없는, 좋은 요리법을 찾아서 우리 가족 취향에 맞게 변경했습니다💙 A New Year’s resolution of mine was to cook something new every week or so, I found good recipes which require no meat and altered them to fit our taste, we enjoy these💙 here are the ingredients [Veggie Bolognese] 1/2 white onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, minced 3 Tbsp olive oil 1 pack of tofu 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/3 cup tomato paste 1 medium sized carrot, grated 2/3 cup (200ml) vegetable stock 800g tomato purée 1tsp salt & pepper 1tsp dried oregano 1tsp paprika powder [Marinated tofu] 1 pack of tofu 2 tsp onion powder 3 tsp smoked paprika 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast 4 Tbsp soy sauce 3 Tbsp maple syrup 2 Tbsp vegetable oil (I usually use olive oil) 📌 ANNA Instagram :   / lovelyparktrio   📌Business Contact : [email protected]
