Lipa, Batangas PNP deputy chief P/Major Ramises de Castro shares their initial assessment of the crime scene, and gives more information about the victim through the narratives of his relatives. During the investigation, police find out that PJ was taken by five Brgy. Sabang watchers after he was badly beaten by some construction workers who earlier accused him of stealing. Police also present pieces of evidence that strengthen the case against the said watchers.
