This POWERFUL sleep meditation is designed to remove blocks, release limiting beliefs and unlock the potential in YOU to believe AND realize your dreams, all with the aid of your guide or angel who emerges from the ocean. Be patient with the process as I start out by using conversational hypnosis to tune in to how you are today and slowly and subtly start to relax you in body and mind. You are then guided into a tropical rainforest where all is misty and slow moving. As you walk along your senses become more attuned as you focus as much on your inside state as the outside word. You release a lotus flower into a river to send a message, intent or wish. The forest opens up to an ocean and there a million water sprites greet you, embodying pure, unweighted, joy. You call on your guide or angel as well and you are then guided through a deeper release of physical, mental and other pain and burdens. Once freed up, liquid light energy pours into you and you then receive the answer to your message, intent or wish that you set down river, and then even more is revealed to you in a longer conversation or transmission of knowledge.
