The problem is that the decanter is no longer doing its job properly, which is to separate the oil from the gases, returning them to the engine without allowing them to reach the turbo. This can cause smoke, and I don't know how the oil should feel in the turbo... well, it already has its cooling system. Well, as you'll see, it's easy to do; it's just a few screws.
