Refrescante Pastel de Arroz!!!!😋😋😋😋
Hoy voy a preparar un exquisito pastel de arroz, que es muy sencillo de preparar, además de buenísimo y refrescante Ingredientes 250 gr de arroz cocido 2 berenjenas 2 pimientos rojos 2 cebollas mahonesa suficiente como para cubrir el pastel una vez formado 2 o 3 dientes de ajo aceite de oliva virgen extra sal Decoración ( opcional) aceitunas, huevo duro, lechuga, tomate,etc...
