Tristan Macquet is an engineer, educator, and project facilitator whose work bridges ecology, innovation, and human connection. After spending 13 years in China working across education, entrepreneurship, and international projects, he now co-develops Le Paysan Marin, a regenerative aquaculture initiative focused on restoring marine ecosystems and cultivating sustainable futures. His work brings together environmental responsibility, community engagement, and the belief that regeneration begins through our relationship with living systems. In this conversation, we explore what it means to work in service of living systems — from restoring marine ecosystems to engaging communities and cultivating new ways of relating to climate challenges.
