We finished the long-awaited auto repairs, show you the final result, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. We are mobile again! ​Russian Borscht - Philippine Style! 🍲 Finding beetroot in the Philippines is a massive challenge and a total scarcity. But we managed to track it down! Today, we are cooking a rich, traditional Russian borscht right here in the tropics, but with a unique local twist: instead of regular potatoes, we used sweet Philippine potato — Kamotes (kamote).
