A woman staying at a hotel in Tainan slipped and fell after showering, due to a nearly 20-centimeter drop in elevation and her wet feet. She landed on her left elbow, fracturing two bones. After receiving emergency treatment, she reported the incident to the front desk, only to be told that the manager was out of the country and no one could help. Frustrated, she posted a complaint online, criticizing the hotel for its cold response and lack of concern.
