Giuseppe De Nittis, Italian Artist of Everyday Life
Giuseppe De Nittis was a unique painter and an outsider whom the impressionists asked to join with them in their inaugural exhibit in Paris. De Nittis only exhibited with the first showing of the group but remained close to them, he chose to work independently and was a popular artist in his host city of Paris, he did not know the language when he arrived as a young painter but soon rose to fame and fortune both in Paris and London choosing to paint real people of the everyday experience. His brief life was a triumph and he was among the most cordial of painters. Consider helping our channel. To make a donation via Paypal: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/gliaa2
