Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Fudge - Smooth and Creamy with only TWO Ingredients 1-16 oz container of Jif creamy peanut butter (or brand of your choice) 1-16 oz container Pillsbury Salted Caramel Frosting Empty the peanut butter into a microwave safe bowl and set aside. In a separate microwave safe bowl, empty the entire container of salted caramel frosting into the bowl and set aside. Microwave each bowl in the microwave for ONE minute. Remove from the microwave and stir to be sure all ingredients are melted and well blended. Allow each mixture to cool slightly for about two minutes. Add the melted frosting to the melted peanut butter and blend with a spatula to incorporate the two ingredients. Continue to blend until the mixture shows no streaks of frosting and the color in uniform. Using a 8x8 dish lined with wax or parchment paper, pour the mixture into the dish and smooth. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 2 hours to set. After two hours, remove fudge from the refrigerator, gently pull the paper to release the fudge, and slice into individual pieces. Store the fudge in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!
