電動カブ用のサブフレームとハーネスを自作！ 6v→12v化？いいえ48v化です

Hi, it's Zoepi. This time, I converted my Cub's electrical system to electric and built a subframe to mount the battery. 0:00 Opening 0:26 Making the subframe 3:51 Making the controller box 7:36 Making the 12V harness 8:01 Key points of wiring 12:55 Operation check and ending Since wiring couldn't be done until the battery's location was decided, I first installed the battery where the engine was originally. The location was partly for humor, but I chose it because it seemed like a lower center of gravity would be better and it would be able to accommodate a larger battery capacity. The material used to make the subframe was, surprisingly, a recycled zaisu chair... Once the battery's location was decided, the next step was to install the controller and DC-DC converter. I made this box (?) out of ABS plastic so that it could be mounted where the fuel tank was. Since both the controller and the DC-DC converter are waterproof, I thought it would be fine to place them above the battery, but I chose under the seat, where a light rain wouldn't be a problem. I also installed other components like the relay and fuse box, so they can be removed as an assembly. Finally, I rerouted the 12V harness. I tried to install the factory switches and light harnesses with as little modification as possible, but since I'm not very good at wiring, this was probably the most difficult part... *As I was working while talking, I noticed that the Nichifu crimp sleeves were crimped in the opposite direction, but please don't mind, this was just for illustrative purposes.
