MacBook Pro A1707 Not turning on repairs
PPDCIN voltage was 5V across the 4 CD3215, and was not fluctuating , which means , if you have an issue like this one , where the CD3215 are not trying to negotiate for 20V, then most likely the issue does not lie with the usb c port controllers but of the working conditions.
