We traveled to Warsaw, the capital of Poland, a city almost completely destroyed during World War II and rebuilt thanks to the efforts of its people. Today, Warsaw blends one of the most historic city centers in Europe with a modern downtown of skyscrapers that, at times, is reminiscent of New York. During our tour, we visited Christmas markets, strolled through the Old Town, discovered places steeped in history such as St. John's Cathedral and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and climbed to the best viewpoint in the city to enjoy spectacular views.
