A decision from the Minister of Housing and Reconstruction will specify these cases and the conditions for using such dwellings. The provisions of the old rent laws do not apply to apartments located in villages. Its provisions do not apply to residential areas not governed by the Local Government System Law. Eviction of premises rented to legal entities. - If the lease is concluded without a specified term, or for an indefinite term, or if the term cannot be proven, as per Article 565. If the leased property is delivered in a condition unfit for the intended use, or if such use is diminished. If the leased property is in a condition that poses a serious risk to the health of the tenant or anyone with them.
