OKRA – CANNING for FRYING LATER (OAG 2015)
This video is about how to can, in glass jars, okra for frying later. No hot water bath nor pressure canner required. Recipe: 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar 3/4 tbsp salt 3 1/2 cups water 2 quarts cut okra This is a single recipe, multiply it depending on how much okra you are canning I make more of the liquid than is called for because I don’t want to run short of liquid to fill the jars.
