Vacuum fixture made of white oak and all surfaces sealed with wood glue. ornament made of 1/8" thick aluminum 2" x 2 1/4" Profile spindle speed - 6000 RPM cutter for profile - 7/64 2 flute carbide end mill spindle speed - 6000 RPM depth of cut - .004" per pass feed speed - 20 ipm cutting time - 12 minutes Engraving cutter for engraving - 1/8" 60 degree 2 flute engraving bit spindle speed - 6000 RPM depth of cut - .002" per pass, total depth .008" feed speed - 10 ipm engraving time - 20 minutes Sanding 120 grit sandpaper 220 grit sandpaper 320 grit sandpaper 400 grit sandpaper 600 grit sandpaper 600 grit polishing paper 1200 grit polishing paper 4000 grit polishing paper
