Snaring Campground: The Ultimate Spot for Your Jasper Adventure! During my explorations & adventures around Jasper National Park, I've used many of the campgrounds as a home base for recording content. This derived my idea of showcasing these places for everyone to enjoy while having tons of useful information about the campground before heading out to the park. This video covers all relevant information you will need to know while camping in Jasper. Even though this campground is first come, first serve; it has a unique feature of offering an overflow section which is rarely full. This is a campground often used by locals as they can reliably guarantee a spot without having to cross the town of Jasper if you're coming into the park from the east side. SNARING CAMPGROUND (BASIC INFO) Open: May 18 to September 26 Reservable: First come, first served Sites: 62 2022 fees: Unserviced, with fire pit: $26.00 Snaring has a nice mix of campsites, ranging from private and well-treed to wide open and sunny. There are even a few spots along the river with dramatic views of jagged peaks. Best suited for tenting, and motorhomes and trailers under 27 feet.
