There are not many Tang dynasty blades that survived to this day, and this sword is based off of one of three existing Tang dynasty swords. There is speculation that this sword could've been the Mo Dao listed in the 4 Types of swords in official Tang Dynasty records, but we cannot say for sure. Either way, this hefty blade is magnificent at full speed and power, it is gorgeous to look at, and it feels comfortable in the hand.
