The Art of Photography -5- Konica Minolta Dimage A200 and Camera Shake

To watch the entire documentary, here is a link to the playlist:    • The Art of Photography - Lesson 1 - Compos...   In this particular video I ask the question "Why are my Images Unsharp?" - we look at images from a Konica Minolta Dimage A200 8MP Camera that I used to think was not sharp - yet here are the results and very sharp indeed, because taken on a Tripod without image stabilisation. Judge for yourself how the 8MP CDS Sensor compares to a newer Olympus Pen EP1 and an Olympus Evolt E500 - both larger sensors, higher megapixel cameras (4/3 format). The Evolt with a CDS Sensor, the Olympus with a CMOS sensor. The results are interesting. There seems to be no great difference, one might say even the Dimage is better. See for yourself and make your own comments. The entire series is a full introduction to fine art photography and in particular, Documentary Photography.
