What happens when 192 Year 8 students are given the chance to investigate a scientific question that fascinates them? Welcome to our Bronze CREST Awards Showcase, where every Year 8 student presents the findings from their own independent STEM project. From health and sport to technology, sustainability and the natural world, the School Hall was transformed into a celebration of curiosity, creativity and scientific discovery as students shared their research with parents, staff and fellow students. Presented by our Director of Science Mrs Fallon Bayly, this special edition of Head's Up! highlights the incredible range of projects on display and showcases the skills our students develop through independent scientific investigation, including research, analysis, problem-solving and presentation.
