In this video, Catherine Rabourdin, an elected official in the Villefranche Beaujolais Saône Agglomeration Community responsible for early childhood, health, disability, and support for caregivers, explains the commitment and importance of the relationship between organizations and individuals, such as AGIVR, and the local community. She also discusses the support provided to caregivers and people with disabilities who work at this inclusive restaurant, in accordance with the local health agreement. Audrey Rigault, who is in charge of communications at AGIVR, introduces the restaurant team and its day-to-day operations. She shares her joy at this first anniversary and the fact that this project has finally come to fruition after several years of work. Ms. Catherine Minot, President of AGIVR, reports that the association already had people with disabilities working in the central kitchen of the organization, and that they were eager and able to work in a new environment like this restaurant, which opened to everyone a year ago. Some of them are now pursuing training and obtaining a professional diploma, which is already a significant achievement in itself. She then speaks more specifically about the cuisine and the dishes prepared daily by the team, with evident and unapologetic pride.
