L’insicurezza non si vince con il pensiero

How many times do we wait until we feel more confident before doing something? First I need to have more self-esteem. First I need to feel ready. First I need to be less afraid. First I need to stop doubting myself. But what if confidence doesn't come first, but later? In this video I talk about self-doubt, that voice that makes us think "I'm not enough," "I'm not capable," "It's not for me," and how we often end up treating it as truth. The point isn't to eliminate all doubt, but to learn not to always let it guide us. Because self-confidence doesn't grow while we wait to feel ready. It grows when we start giving ourselves small, concrete proofs. A phone call. A choice. A clearly spoken sentence. A boundary. A first step taken, even with a little fear. Maybe you don't have to feel ready to start. Maybe you have to start, even small, to discover that you can trust yourself a little more. VIDEO CHAPTERS: 00:00 Introduction 01:39 1.
